Can I track my order?
If you purchased a Small Domestic Appliance (ex. Free Standing Microwave Oven), once your product is shipped, you will receive an email notification from the carrier that is handling your order. If you are a registered user, login to obtain your order status update.

Where can I ship my order to?
Currently, billing and shipping addresses must be within the UK and more specifically within these countries: UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

What are the shipping costs?
All products on site are free delivery!

How long before I receive my order?
The delivery of products purchased usually takes place within 2-5 business days from the order.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

Given the regulations applied by national authorities to try to contain the spread of Covid-19, standard delivery times may be affected. We are doing everything we can to have your order delivered as fast as possible. If you have a question about your order please contact Customer Service

Installation
Get your new home appliances installed by our technician. We take care to connect your new appliance to existing plumbing and electrical/gas and test the new appliance to ensure proper operation.

Scraping
The technician will remove all the packaging and ensure that it is disposed of in an ethical manner. If you have opted to have your old product removed at the same time, again this will be done ethically and in line with current legislation.

My order didn't arrive
If your order didn't arrive on the expected delivery date please get in contact with our customer service department.

How do I return my order?
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To exercise this right, you can send an explicit declaration to Triboo Digitale, with registered office in Milan, Viale Sarca 336 Edificio Sedici, using the contact form or email address shop@candy-domestic.uk, stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal form enclosed, following the instructions provided in the withdrawal confirmation email you will receive from Triboo Digitale.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request form before the withdrawal period expires.
